WOD:  “Vengeance”:  7 rounds for time:

4 Snatches (135/95)
6 Clean and Jerks (135/95)
9 Deadlifts (135/95)


If you did not get a chance to come in yesterday, you are in luck!  Reebok CrossFit Back Bay will host the Vengeance workout once more.  In memory of the seven marines and in service for their families, you are still cordially invited to come in and throw down.  Olympic and Power lifting are here to assist those in the CrossFit community who have lost a loved one.  Be part of this great occasion while improving your fitness and health.  Remember, Sunday Funday is better when you can help others.
